Intercom acces
To access to the building you will need to follow this easy step. Once that you buzz B23 I will be able to grant you access through my phone remotely.

Once you pick up the originai key located inside the appartament you can use the Fob to open the main doorby tapping the lntercom.
Please try to engage with the porters and with the people living in the building as less as possible. lf you have any questions please don't hesitate to drop me a message via AirB application.
Keys pick up
Please take the access key located under the number "23" the key is attached with a magnet, use it to access the property and leave it inside the ashtray located on top of the kitchen during all of your stay, you will than find 2 sets of keys, those are the ones you will need to use.
On the day of check out please leave all the keys inside the ashtray.
Main gate opening
In order to open the main gate you will need to use the green fob, don't worry if it doesn't work straight away ... sometimes takes a bit of time or repositioning the Fob to lntercom.
Aircon and lights controller
Located on the living room wall you can find the main aircon and lights controller, please follow this easy step to activate it in case you need it.
Balcony door
Unlock and lock the Balcony handle by following this easy step, please remember to lock the window anytime you leave the appartament and check out.
Opening the window it also works as a natural Aircon system when the appartament becomes to hot :)
Lights controller

Washing/dryer machine
The energy-efficient Miele WKF 121 WCS washing machine helps you with the endless chore of doing laundry. It has a wide variety of washing cycles.

There's a cycle for your delicates like silk and wool, a special cycle for impregnated fabrics, as well as for duvets and jackets. Are you in a hurry? Then select the quick cycle.
Quick, by the way, does not mean less clean, thanks to QuickPowerWash. Use the stain cycle to remove the most stubborn spots and get your washing tips via the handy display.
Cooker Top
The kitchen is equipped with the best range of appliances, please follow this easy steps to understand better how to use it.
The cooker top works on induction, so unless you don't position the pan on top the cooker will not activate.
Garbage disposal
Please follow this easy steps to understand where the bin storage is locateci and how to access to it.
Dispose all the rubbish inside the black bin bags and don't leave anything outside the metal rubbish containers.
Remember to BRING YOUR FOB when you go downstairs.
